Job summary

Amazon is seeking passionate Software Development Engineers to help build Agentic AI solutions for Selling Partners and Retail users. In the Amazon PGX group, you will work with world‑class experts to advance generative AI and scalable systems that touch millions of customers daily.

You should have hands‑on experience with modern languages such as Java, C++, or C#, and a proven ability to design reliable, high‑performing software.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object‑oriented design.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop Selling Partner and Amazon Retail solutions to advance the state‑of‑the‑art in Generative and Agentic AI.
• Gain hands on experience with Amazon’s native/partnered LLMs and technologies like AgentCore, AgentMemory, Strands and MCPs.

As part of our team in Amazon PGX, you will work alongside internationally recognized experts to develop Selling Partner and Amazon Retail solutions to advance the state‑of‑the‑art in Generative and Agentic AI. Your work will directly impact millions of our users in the form of products and services that improves their experience. You will gain hands on experience with Amazon’s native/partnered Large Language Models (LLMs), technologies like AgentCore, AgentMemory, Strands and Model Context Protocol (MCPs). We are also looking for talents with experiences/expertise in building large‑scale and high‑performing systems.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, or C# including object‑oriented design

Preferred Qualifications
