Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Developer with 5+ years of hands‑on expertise in Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing robust data pipelines using Power BI Dataflows, developing and maintaining dynamic dashboards and reports, and delivering high‑quality analytical solutions. A strong analytical mindset and the ability to transform complex datasets into actionable business insights are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data pipelines using Power BI Dataflows.
• Develop, publish, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Service.
• Create optimized data models and write advanced DAX calculations.
• Perform data transformation and cleansing using Power Query (M language).
• Integrate data from multiple sources such as SQL databases, Excel, APIs, and cloud platforms.
• Optimize report performance and manage dataset refresh schedules.
• Implement Row‑Level Security (RLS) and manage Power BI workspaces and gateways.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver effective BI solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation of BI solutions.
• Provide production support and resolve reporting issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development.
• Strong expertise in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Dataflows.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and data validation.
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Good to Have

• Experience with Azure Data Services (Data Lake, Synapse, etc.).
• Knowledge of Power Automate or Power Apps.
