Job summary

Computacenter in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh, seeks an experienced DevOps/Cloud Operations engineer to manage Azure cloud environments, Cloudflare services, CI/CD pipelines, and IaC implementations. Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments, including networking, security, monitoring, scaling, and governance.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and related DevOps platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong Linux administration experience (Ubuntu / RHEL).

Join a collaborative and fast-paced Cloud Operations team responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, scalability, and performance of business-critical cloud platforms and SaaS applications. You will work closely with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Product teams to build automated, resilient, and efficient cloud environments. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern DevOps practices, Azure cloud technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, and cloud security while contributing to the continuous improvement of operational excellence and customer experience.

What You Will Do

• Manage, monitor, and optimize Microsoft Azure cloud environments, including compute, networking, storage, security, monitoring, and cost management.
• Administer Cloudflare services, including DNS management, caching, firewall policies, WAF configurations, SSL/TLS certificates, redirects, and edge security controls.
• Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows, and related automation tools.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps methodologies.
• Support Linux and Windows-based server environments, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
• Automate operational processes through scripting and tooling using PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar technologies.
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, and other observability tools.
• Manage domain registrations, DNS records, SSL certificates, renewals, and integrations with external registrars.
• Support production operations, troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Assist with backup, recovery, disaster recovery planning, and infrastructure resiliency initiatives.
• Participate in change management, release planning, deployment reviews, rollback planning, and operational readiness assessments.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, architecture diagrams, and knowledge base articles.
• Communicate operational status, risks, incidents, and resolution plans effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Take ownership of additional cloud, infrastructure, and operational initiatives as business priorities evolve.

What You Will Need

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Operations, Cloud Engineering Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Platform Engineering, or production SaaS operations.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure cloud environments, including networking, security, monitoring, scaling, and governance.
• Experience working with Cloudflare services including DNS, WAF, caching, SSL/TLS and edge security configurations.
• Strong understanding of domain management, DNS architecture, domain registrars, certificates, and renewal processes.
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitHub Workflows, or similar DevOps platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation, and configuration management tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
• Strong Linux administration experience, particularly Ubuntu and Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server administration, PowerShell scripting, Windows services, and enterprise Windows environments.
• God understanding of cloud networking, DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancers, access management, logging, monitoring, and security best practices.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with tools including Azure Portal, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Cloudflare, Docker, NGINX, GitHub, Terraform, andAnsible.
• Experience working with ticketing, incident management, and service operations tools.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical thinking, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Good understanding of production risk management, release readiness, operational governance, and change control processes.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic cloud operations environment.
