Job summary

Siemens in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - C++ Developer (Windows) to work on a Substation automation product. You will understand requirements, design, develop, unit test, and deliver work packages on time with high quality.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience in software design and C++ development, strong OOP, and knowledge of design principles. Proficiency with Git and JFrog Artifactory is expected.

• Flexibility and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Sound problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good Team player.
• Can drive the topics more on independent basis with minimal guidance with self-exploration.
• Exposure to AI tools like GHCP, Claude Code.
