We are seeking a Software Developer – Automation with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Generative AI, and enterprise automation. This role focuses on designing, developing, and implementing intelligent business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate combines deep technical development skills with AI innovation, prompt engineering expertise, and the ability to mentor junior developers while delivering scalable enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Power Platform Development
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
- Build scalable workflow automations using Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Create and manage data solutions leveraging Microsoft Dataverse and SharePoint.
- Develop reporting and visualization solutions using Power BI.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
AI & Copilot Development
- Develop AI-enabled business solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.
- Design, test, and optimize advanced prompts for Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build conversational AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise workflows to improve operational efficiency and user experience.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative use cases.
Integration & Enterprise Connectivity
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, Custom Connectors, and external enterprise systems.
- Connect Power Platform solutions with systems such as AWS services, Jira, Remedy, SharePoint, and other business applications.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and maintainable integration architectures.
Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Implement and maintain ALM best practices using Azure Git and GitHub.
- Support CI/CD deployment processes and version control strategies.
- Manage solution packaging, releases, and environment migrations.
- Ensure adherence to governance, security, and compliance standards.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to define solution requirements.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and citizen developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development best practices.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to solution design decisions.
- Support production deployments, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) preferred.
- 2+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
- Power Automate Cloud Flows

- Expertise in Prompt Engineering, AI Builder, and Generative AI implementations.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and Custom Connectors.
- Proficiency in SQL querying and data modeling.
- Experience with Azure Git, GitHub, and ALM practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI adoption initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Power Automate Desktop (RPA).
- Programming experience with Python, C++, and SQL.
- Experience implementing enterprise governance and security standards for Power Platform.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices.
