Job summary

CU Rise Analytics Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru is seeking a Software Developer to join our Rise Analytics team. You will work across application development and data analytics, blending full-stack engineering with analytics engineering to build web apps and transform data into analytics-ready models using dbt.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable applications and reliable data foundations that support business insights.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in Software development or Analytics Engineering.
• Hands-on experience with dbt (Core or Cloud).
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modelling concepts.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Software development / Analytics Engineering, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with dbt (Core or Cloud)
• Strong SQL skills and understanding of data modelling concepts
• Experience with cloud data warehouses preferably Snowflake
• Experiencein Python development (Basics/ Entry level)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, SQL, etc.)
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
• Basic understanding of CI/CD and deployment concepts

Nice to Have

• Frontend experience with React / Angular / Vue.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Backend experience with Node.js /C# .NET / Java
• Exposure to Docker or container-based deployments
• Understanding of microservices or event-driven architectures
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices
• Azure or dbt certifications
