Job summary

Siemens Energy’s Digital Solutions and Analytics team is seeking a skilled Analytics Engineer to transform enterprise data into actionable insights. You will design scalable data workflows, create analytics solutions, and deliver interactive dashboards that empower data-driven decisions across Siemens Energy businesses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• 5-7 years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, Reporting, and Data Visualization.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Alteryx for workflow development, data preparation, transformation, and automation.
• Proven expertise working with Snowflake including SQL development, data modeling, querying, and performance optimization.
• Advanced experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and understanding of Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT, Data Integration, and Data Governance.
• Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable insights.

What You Bring

Required Qualifications
