Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Make data available for consumption by other teams through the data lake, ensuring compliance with landing patterns and data lake standards
• Create business glossary entries, ensuring metadata completeness, establishing lineage, and developing "how to use" documentation and sample queries
• Support other developers with data architecture and upstream data sourcing, including coordination of schema drafts, source system changes, and data availability
• Manage and prioritize the backlog (new datasets, enhancements, defects, tech debts) based on consumer banking outcomes and risk
• Build robust, reusable data pipelines in Alteryx and SQL; implement data quality checks, lineage, and documentation
• Develop executive dashboards and scorecards in Tableau; translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
• Partner with process owners and cross-functional teams to embed user research and journey insights into design decisions

As a Quant Analytics Manager within Branch Administration and Operations - Business Analysis and Development Team, you would lead the delivery of scalable, well-governed data and analytics solutions that enable business decision-making. You would prioritize the data product backlog, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and translate insights into executive reporting and actionable recommendations.

Job responsibilities:

• Ability to make data available for consumption by other teams through the broader data lake, ensuring compliance with landing patterns and data lake standards.
• Drive discoverability by creating business glossary entries, ensuring metadata completeness, establishing lineage, and developing "how to use" documentation and sample queries.
• Support other developers with data architecture and upstream data sourcing, including coordination of schema drafts, source system changes, and data availability, as well as issue resolution.
• Manage and prioritize the backlog (new datasets, enhancements, defects, tech debts) based on consumer banking outcomes and risk.
