Job summary

Recmatrix Consulting in Bengaluru, India, is seeking an accomplished Python + AI software professional to join our product development team. You will contribute to backend services, automation frameworks, and scalable microservices with production-grade quality.

The role demands hands-on Python proficiency, solid knowledge of OOP, data structures, and algorithms, plus experience with REST APIs and modern web frameworks (FastAPI/Flask/Django).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming, OOP, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience building production-grade applications, backend services or automation frameworks.
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices and software architecture.
• Experience with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Strong experience with SQL and relational databases; exposure to NoSQL databases is a plus.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD and software development best practices.
• Good understanding of testing frameworks such as PyTest.
• Hands-on exposure to AI/ML concepts and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI-powered application development will be an advantage.
