Job summary

GyanSys Inc. Bengaluru is seeking a hands-on Python developer with 3–4 years of experience to build robust backend services and automation tools.

You will design and implement features using Python, OOP, and modern web frameworks, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable APIs and data solutions. You will optimize code, participate in testing with PyTest, and deepen your understanding of AI/ML concepts, including practical exposure to libraries like Scikit-learn,

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience, primarily in Python.
• Strong proficiency in Python, OOP, data structures and algorithms.
• Experience developing applications, backend services, automation frameworks or engineering tools.
• Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.
• Experience with FastAPI, Flask or Django.
• Good knowledge of SQL and databases.
• Experience with Git and software development best practices.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks such as PyTest.
• Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts and practical exposure to libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI APIs will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.
