Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in software development, preferably in telecommunication or related domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse team of engineers (employees and partners) to drive end-to-end feature development across global locations.
• Perform requirement analysis, application development, and unit testing in line with design specifications.
• Develop high-performance, robust, and scalable components for software applications.
• Communicate and review design approaches with stakeholders.
• Support customer integration activities, lab trials, and field trials.
• Collaborate with Fujitsu's development teams to provide seamless customer support.
• Manage the full SDLC in an offshore delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in software development, preferably in the telecommunication or any domain.

Technical Skills:

• Backend: Java Spring Boot-based microservices development.
• Frontend: Angular, React JS, Redux/Context API, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap, JSON, responsive design (preferred).
• Containerized Ecosystem: RKE2/K8S/OKD/OCP; hands-on knowledge of microservice ecosystems like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK (plus).
• Databases: MongoDB, Cassandra, HDFS.
• Platforms/Tools: Apache Kafka, Nifi, Spark; authentication/authorization tools like LDAP, Keycloak, ISTIO.
• Interfaces: SNMP, REST, Netconf, TL1; exposure to data models (SMI, Yang, TOSCA) is a plus.
• Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, Kanban).
• Domain Knowledge: Service Assurance Products, Telecommunications technologies (SONET, DWDM, OTN standards, IP routing protocols OSPF, BGP, IS-IS, MPLS, Ethernet).
