Hewlett Packard Enterprise's Aruba Networking group in Chennai is seeking a fresh graduate engineer for a hybrid role, averaging two days per week in an HPE office. You will design portions of engineering solutions, execute test plans, and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver reliable, cost-effective products.

The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering, 0-2 years of experience, familiarity with design tools, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline.
• 0-2 years of engineering experience (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Familiarity with engineering design tools and software packages.
• Basic understanding of material properties, hardware design, and electrical components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Eagerness to learn and build relationships with internal and external engineering stakeholders.
