Qualifications

• Master/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field of study
• Minimum 5 years' experience required in a similar role in a complex international environment
• Demonstrated experience in managing software licenses and IT assets, with a strong focus on SAP on-premise, SAP Cloud, SAP SaaS products, SAP RISE, and Microsoft products. Experience across these platforms will be considered a strong advantage
• Experiences with IT/License audits (mandatory)
• Demonstrated track record in optimizing License & Asset Management processes and driving optimizations in usage (cost-reductions)
• Analytical thinker, structured, self-organized, execution driven, energetic
• Establishes relationships, ensures alignment and cooperation ('shoulder to shoulder')
• Internal drive to raise the bar by continuously looking for ways to improve current process
• Networker, establishes good outside in relationships, stays abreast of external trends
• Proactive and results driven, balancing "analysis" with "doing" to meet objectives
• High level of accuracy
• Lead by example and actively engage and motivate individuals
