The Team Architect will conceptualize and create product architecture for medical applications within the Computed Tomography business of Simens Healthineers.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Define and drive the architecture of complex software products, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Lead the design and development of applications using C# .NET.
• Provide technical governance for products, ensuring compliance with architectural standards.
• Drive test automation strategy across unit, integration and system levels in close coordination with Test architect.
• Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed within development teams.
• Mentor development teams to implement consistent, high-quality architecture and design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Support Agile/Scrum processes and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Work Experience

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

• Minimum a bachelor’s degree in science or in a technical field such as electrical engineering, computer science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in architectural roles.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in a product development environment with a lead technical role and track record of delivering product/solutions.
• Prior experience in the development and delivery of applications for CT/console systems is considered an asset.
• Ability to lead multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Expertise in C# .NET is essential for this role and knowledge of modern full stack development is a plus.
• Strong command of object-oriented design, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior experience in healthcare domain and imaging background is advantageous for this role.
