United States Digital Space LLC is offering a Software Application Development Apprenticeship in India. The 12-month program is in-office with full-time hours (~40 per week) and includes external training to build practical skills in software development.

This apprenticeship is intended for individuals who have graduated and want to learn and develop entry-level technical and professional skills in software development. Application Information and Instructions

• Apprenticeships are not a full-time permanent opportunity, the program is 12 months in duration. While the program is open to those who are interested in software development careers, recent graduates and individuals with work experience in other industries may apply.
• Apprentices are only eligible to apply for any other full time role at the company in the last three months of their Apprenticeship program tenure.
• Once onboarded, transfer of location is not permitted for apprentices.
• Applicants must include a resume with their application, clearly calling out their year of graduation.
• The whole process will spread across 18 to 24 weeks, kindly be patient during the same.
• This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
• Not currently enrolled in an academic program
• Less than 1 year of experience in software application development

• Experience using the company Workspace or a similar suite of productivity tools.
• Experience thinking critically and excellent problem solving capabilities.
• Ability to learn a programming language based on project requirements. Ability to work independently and within a team framework.
• Ability to navigate multiple ambiguous tasks and competing priorities while finding suitable solutions and seeking help/advice where appropriate.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, self-motivated, positive attitude, and excellent customer service capabilities.
• Enthusiasm and passion for new technologies, demonstrated through personal projects and commitment to learning new skills.
