Qualifications

• For This Role, You Will Need: degree in engineering, 8+ years in leadership, proven cross-functional leadership, strong understanding of product lifecycle and organizational dynamics, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering and software, project management, supply chain, and product certification.
• Facilitate alignment between teams, local leadership and global product group teams for cohesive execution.
• Serve as central point of contact and facilitate decision making across teams.
• Drive process and quality improvement; develop processes and tools for productivity and QA.
• Explore AI-enabled solutions to improve quality, efficiency, and timeliness.
• Build inclusive environment and develop talent aligned to global product group vision.
• Identify and implement plans for technical competency development at EICP.
• Attract, develop, appraise, and retain qualified talent; motivate and empower teams.
• Participate in group level resource planning and manage budget for operations and infrastructure.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering/software teams, project management, supply chain, product certification etc.
  • Facilitate alignment between multidisciplinary teams, local leadership and global product group teams to ensure cohesive execution of project and business goals.

  • Serve as a central point of contact and facilitate decision making across teams

• Process & Quality Improvement
  • Continuous improvement and development of processes and tools for productivity improvement and quality assurance

  • Support a culture of innovation by continuously exploring opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and timeliness through AI-enabled solutions.

• Talent Developing

  • Build an inclusive and encouraging environment for employees within the organization.

  • Develop and implement strategies towards talent development and aligning to the vision of global product group

  • Identify and implement plans for technical competency development at EICP

  • Attract, develop, appraise, and retain qualified and skilled talent.

  • Motivate, empower, and develop the team

  • Actively participate in and implement the group level resource planning process

  • Develop and manage budget to fund yearly operations and infrastructure, talent development

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering
• 8+ years of experience in leadership (including engineering, project management, cross functional team management)
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams or programs.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle, systems thinking, and organizational dynamics.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

• Experience leading and executing engineering project teams that develop new products
• Experience with Stage gated development processes
• Experience with Agile Product Development, e. g. , SCRUM, TDD, XP
• Knowledge and experience of New Product Development staged gate processes
• Experience in high-growth, product-driven companies.
• Experience working with remote or globally distributed teams
