Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack (Mid-Level, 2–3 Years Experience)

Work Type: Full-time (Onsite from Pune office)

Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST (aligned with international collaboration and product timelines)

Role Title: Full Stack Developer – MERN Stack (Mid-Level, 2–3 Years Experience)

Role Overview: We are hiring a driven and versatile Full Stack Developer with strong proficiency in the MERN stack, SQL databases, platform integrations, and AI/LLM-based workflows, including AI voice agents and tools like Lovable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and shipping full-stack applications end-to-end, working independently in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.

Key Technical Skills

Core Stack:

• Frontend: React.js, Redux/Context, HTML/CSS/JS
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: MongoDB + SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL)
• Version Control: Git (GitHub/GitLab)

AI & Voice Development:

• Experience building or integrating:
• AI voice agents / IVR systems / voice bots
• Speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs, Google Cloud, etc.)
• AI tools like Lovable, Cursor, Copilot
• Comfort working with:
• LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini)
• Prompt engineering and multi-agent workflows

Integrations & APIs:

• Experience with:
• Third-party integrations (e.g., CRMs, Payment, Communication APIs)
• REST APIs, Webhooks, OAuth
• SDKs or custom integrations for platforms like Twilio, Retell, etc.
