Job summary

Tradexa Technologies invites interns to join a full-time in-office program in Pune focusing on social media content creation and campaign support. You will craft engaging posts across client channels, schedule content, and collaborate with design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency.

Ideal candidates are college students available for six months starting Oct–Nov 2026, with skills in content writing, strategy, analytics, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit and publish engaging content across social platforms.

• Plan campaigns, track performance and suggest improvements.
• Analyze key metrics and prepare regular performance reports.

Job description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Content Creation & Scheduling:

• 1. Assist in developing, editing, and publishing engaging content across Tradexa and its clients' social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X.
• 2. Create and schedule posts while maintaining a consistent brand voice and aligning content with marketing goals.
• 3. Support the design team by contributing ideas for visuals, infographics, and videos to enhance social media content.

B. Community Management:

• 1. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond to audience inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• 2. Engage with followers, foster community interaction, and build relationships with the audience.

3. Campaign Assistance:

• 1. Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns aligned with company objectives and product launches.
• 2. Track campaign performance, gather insights, and provide recommendations for future initiatives.

4. Analytics & Reporting:

• 1. Assist in analyzing key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of social media content and campaigns.
• 2. Prepare weekly or monthly social media performance reports highlighting engagement rates, growth trends, and areas for improvement.

5. Research & Trend Analysis:

• 1. Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to help Tradexa remain competitive and relevant.
• 2. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the company's social media strategy.
