Job summary

Expertrons is seeking a proactive Social Media Marketing intern to craft engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You will plan, schedule, and publish content using Meta Business Suite or Buffer, and collaborate with the design team to create reels, stories, and promos.

You will monitor trends, assist in campaigns, engage with the community, coordinate with influencers, and prepare basic performance reports.

DESCRIPTION

• 1. Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms.


• 2. Plan, schedule, and publish content using Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar tools.


• 3. Coordinate with the design team to develop reels, stories, carousels, and promotional creatives.


• 4. Research industry trends, competitor activities, and content ideas to enhance brand visibility.


• 5. Assist in planning and executing digital marketing and social media campaigns.


• 6. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and user interactions.


• 7. Coordinate with influencers, creators, and brand partners for marketing collaborations.


• 8. Monitor campaign performance, prepare basic reports, and recommend improvements based on insights.


• 9. Brainstorm creative content ideas and contribute to branding initiatives across multiple business verticals.


• 10. Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT to support content creation and marketing activities.

1. Candidates with a portfolio or links to social media accounts/pages they have managed will be given preference.

2. Candidates who are comfortable creating and appearing in reels or short-form video content will have an added advantage.

3. Strong understanding of current social media trends, content strategies, and digital marketing is preferred.

4. Candidates with basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut/VN Editor, Meta Business Suite, and AI tools such as ChatGPT will be preferred.

5. Self-motivated individuals with a creative mindset, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup environment are encouraged to apply.

6. This role follows a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) policy. Candidates are expected to bring their own laptop for work.
