Job summary

Heterize Infotech Private Limited in Indore invites applications for an in-office e-commerce operations internship. You will work with a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience in online retail, using MS Excel and communicating in Hindi and English.

Freshers and students may apply; duration is 3 months; stipend is INR 5,000–7,000 per month. Start window: 1st Oct'26 to 5th Nov'26. Eligible candidates must be from Indore.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS-Excel and English both written and spoken.
• Strong Hindi written communication for roster and onboarding.
• Available for full-time in-office internship in Indore.

• Assist in managing product listing tasks on an e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate with 70-80 brands/suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Respond to brand inquiries via WhatsApp and maintain professionalism.
• Support onboarding documentation and product detail coordination.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience.

About the internship:

As an e-commerce operations intern at Heterize Infotech Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable hands-on experience in the world of online retail. Your proficiency in MS Excel, Hindi, and English will be essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing product Listing task on e-commerce platform.
• Ability to handle 70-80 brands/suppliers and communicate with them to ensure timely deliveries.
• Monitor brands inquiries and feedback, responding promptly via WhatsApp and professionally.
• Support the Ecommerce team in coordinating product details and necessary document details required for Smooth Brand Onboarding over Ecommerce platform.
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
