Growthpep is seeking a Social Media Intern who is creative, proactive, and passionate about social media marketing. The role involves managing client social media accounts, planning posts, and helping brands grow organically while understanding paid marketing concepts.

You will work in person in Maharashtra, India, assisting in content creation, trend analysis, and engaging ad creatives with the performance marketing team.

• Basic understanding of paid social marketing and boosting posts.
• Knowledge of reels, trends, captions, hashtags, and formats.

• Brainstorm concepts, hooks, and content ideas for Meta and other paid campaigns.
• Collaborate with performance marketing team to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.

As a performance marketing agency, we work with multiple brands across different industries. We are looking for someone who can manage clients' social media presence, come up with creative content ideas, and help brands grow organically while also understanding the creative side of paid marketing.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage and handle social media accounts for multiple clients.
• Suggest creative ideas and strategies to improve organic social media growth.
• Plan and schedule social media posts, reels, and stories.
• Publish content across respective client social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, and content ideas.
• Assist in boosting social media posts and managing basic paid promotions.
• Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, and content ideas for Meta and other paid advertising campaigns.
• Work closely with the performance marketing team to develop engaging ad creatives.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and reach.
