Job summary

AOS Brand Consultants in Pune is seeking a Social Media Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. The role requires collaboration with the creative team to align ad creatives and copy with campaign goals.

You will stay updated on advertising policies, run A/B tests, analyze performance using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager and Google Analytics, and drive lead generation and ROI for clients. This is an on-site, full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience planning, executing and optimizing paid social campaigns.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).

Responsibilities

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Executive at AOS Brand Consultant in Pune.
• The primary focus of this role is planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X). The content strategy and calendar planning will be handled by the content/design team.
• The Social Media Marketing Executive will work closely with the creative team to ensure ad creatives and copy are effectively used for campaign performance.
• Trend & Platform Updates Stay updated with advertising policies, platform updates, algorithm changes, and new ad features.
• Collaboration with Creative Team Coordinate with designers and content writers for ad creatives and campaign assets; however, content calendar creation is outside the scope of this role.
• Lead Generation Focus Drive quality leads and measurable business outcomes for clients through performance marketing strategies.
• A/B Testing Conduct testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and campaign objectives to identify high-performing combinations.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting Analyze key metrics such as reach, CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions using Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and other reporting tools.
• Campaign Optimization Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bidding strategies, placements, and creatives to improve ROI.
• Audience Targeting & Retargeting Build and optimize custom, lookalike, and interest-based audiences for lead generation and conversions.
• Paid Campaign Management Create, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
