Job summary

The Integral Space in Mumbai seeks a proactive content creator intern to develop and shoot engaging wellness content on a mobile device. You will craft scripts, shoot footage, and edit reels, shorts, and interviews while tailoring captions for Instagram and YouTube.

You'll also manage simple thumbnails, stay on trend, and engage with the community. This internship runs full-time in-office in Mumbai for six months with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing across platforms.
• Strong written English communications for captions and content.
• Ability to quickly adapt to trends and formats in digital media.

About the internship

1. 1. Spot content opportunities across sessions, workshops, practitioners, events, and everyday moments at The Integral Space
2. 2. Build ideas, hooks, scripts and shot plans, and then go execute them yourself
3. 3. Shoot Reels, Shorts, interviews and b-roll on a phone
4. 4. Edit video, make thumbnails and prepare simple visual assets
5. 5. Write captions and adapt the same story for Instagram, YouTube and other channels
6. 6. Publish approved content and stay on top of trends, audio and formats
7. 7. Engage the community in comments and DMs the way a real person would
8. 8. Track watch time, retention, saves, shares and profile actions, and use them to make the next piece sharper
9. 9. Take consent seriously, clients and participants are never filmed without clear permission

1. 1. Proactive self starters who bring their own ideas. We give context and feedback, not a daily task list

3. 3. Can share 2 to 3 links to content they personally made. Personal projects, college work, freelance clips or a page they run all count
4. 4. Comfortable working in a space that includes therapeutic and healthcare related work, where consent before filming is non negotiable
5. 5. College students, recent graduates or early career creators who understand how content actually works today
