• An eye for what makes content perform vs. flop.
• Organized enough to manage posting schedules and reply queues without things slipping.
• Self-starter energy — we're a small team, so ownership matters more than hand-holding.
• Comfortable in front of the camera — you may get to feature in videos and reels.
