Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketer role based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. The Social Media Marketer will manage day-to-day social media activities, including planning and executing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Responsibilities include creating and scheduling content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and adjusting strategies based on data. The role also involves collaborating with designers and content creators, engaging with online communities, and aligning social media efforts with broader digital marketing goals. The Social Media Marketer will support client communication, attend team meetings, and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing campaigns across major social platforms.
• Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including audience targeting, analytics, and performance reporting.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across teams and interact professionally with clients.
• Experience with social media management tools and basic analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Kanpur.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
