You will edit reels, brand films, ads and event content from raw footage to publish-ready deliverables, matching each client’s brand and campaign goals. Proficient in Premiere Pro; After Effects a plus. Portfolio required and basic colour grading knowledge expected.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years editing experience; freshers with strong portfolios will have an edge.
• Adobe Premiere Pro mandatory; After Effects a plus.
• Portfolio required - reels, brand films, or personal projects qualify.

Responsibilities

• Edit reels, YouTube videos, brand films, ad films and event content from raw footage to publish-ready deliverables.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and VFX; colour grade for visual consistency; and mix audio to professional standards.
• Export and optimise content for social platforms; adapt long-form content into short-form cuts for cross-platform use.
• Build motion graphics and logo animations in After Effects, collaborating with the design team.
• Manage project files and render archives; juggle multiple projects while meeting deadlines and handling revisions.

Alendei Media’s Creative & Video Production team crafts visual content across brand films, social media reels, ad films, product videos, testimonials, event highlights, and OOH campaign visuals for a diverse client portfolio.

• Edit reels, YouTube videos, brand films, ad films, testimonials, and event content - from raw footage to publish-ready deliverables that match each client's brand and campaign goals.
• Add motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and VFX; colour grade for visual consistency; and mix audio (dialogue, voiceover, music, SFX) to professional standards.
• Export and optimise content for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and OTT pre-rolls; adapt long-form content into short-form cuts for cross-platform use.
• Build motion graphics, logo animations, kinetic text, and infographic animations in After Effects, working closely with the design team to bring brand assets to life.
• Manage project files, footage libraries, and render archives; juggle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and nailing revision feedback.

Requirements
