The Social Media Manager will analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns for reach and engagement, and collaborate with veterinary and operations teams to ensure accurate representation of services. The role also involves staying updated on social media trends, maintaining consistent brand voice, and supporting basic online reputation management.
