Role Description

The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad District. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement for clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing content calendars, coordinating with designers and writers, optimizing posts for reach and performance, and managing community interactions through comments and messages. The Social Media Manager will analyze metrics, prepare performance reports, and adjust strategies based on data insights. The role also involves staying updated on platform trends, competitor activity, and best practices to ensure clients maintain a strong, consistent online presence.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing skills, including campaign planning, platform management, and performance tracking.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, including audience targeting, hashtag strategy, and content optimization for engagement.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills, including editorial planning, brand messaging alignment, and cross-channel coordination.
• Candidates should possess Writing and Communication skills, including clear copywriting, professional client communication, and community management.
