You will turn complex topics into simple, compelling material and build a strong brand voice across platforms.

You’ll manage content calendars, write posts, blogs, and campaign copy, and align content with product launches and industry trends.

Role Description:

RightChoice.ai is looking for a creative, digitally savvy Social Media Manager & Content Writer who understands how social media works, knows how to write content that gets attention, and can turn complex topics like Google Business Profile, AI Search, Local SEO and digital marketing into simple, engaging content.

We’re looking for someone who is not just good at posting on social media, but understands what makes people stop scrolling, click, engage, and remember a brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

• Plan and manage RightChoice.ai’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, Medium & Reddit.
• Create content calendars aligned with product launches, campaigns, industry trends, and company goals.
• Write engaging social media posts, captions, threads, carousels, hooks, and campaign copy.
• Understand platform-specific content formats and what performs well on each platform.
• Track social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging conversations in AI, SEO, SaaS, and digital marketing.
• Monitor content performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement, followers, and website traffic.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to turn content ideas into engaging creatives.

Content Writing & Copywriting

• Write strong, clear, and engaging fo Social Media Channels:
• Develop strong hooks, headlines, CTAs, and messaging that make people want to read and take action.
• Simplify technical or data-heavy topics into content that is easy to understand and interesting to read.
• Maintain a consistent RightChoice.ai brand voice across all communication.

Blog and SEO Content

• Research and write high-quality, well-structured blogs around topics to our product.
• Basic Understanding of SEO principles.
• Create content that is written for humans while also being optimized for search engines.
• Refresh and improve existing content based on SEO opportunities and changing search trends.

What we're looking for:

• Ability to identify trends and quickly turn them into relevant content for RightChoice.ai.
• Creative thinking combined with a performance-driven mindset.

Good to Have:

• Previous experience working with a SaaS, MarTech, SEO, digital marketing, or technology company.
• Experience writing LinkedIn thought-leadership content.
• Understanding of AI Search, ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, and emerging search behaviour.
• Basic knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating content strategies based on analytics and performance data.
