• Position: Social Media Manager
• Company: Viral Bulls Media Agency
• Location: Sector 1, Noida
• Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month
• Working Days: 6 days a week
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand objectives.
• Plan, manage, and maintain monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
• Create engaging captions, post ideas, reels concepts, stories, carousels, and campaign themes.
• Manage daily posting schedules and ensure consistency in brand communication.
• Monitor trends, trending audio, hashtags, competitor activities, and industry updates to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and audience interactions in line with brand guidelines.
• Track social media performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Optimize content strategies based on reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile visits, clicks, and conversions.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, social media campaigns, contests, and brand promotions wherever required.
• Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and platform best practices.
• Manage multiple client accounts, timelines, approvals, and deliverables efficiently.
• Social Media Growth: Drive consistent growth in followers, reach, impressions, and profile visits across client accounts.
• Engagement & Community Building: Improve engagement rates through relevant content, timely interactions, and audience-focused strategies.
• Content Planning & Execution: Ensure timely execution of monthly content calendars and maintain consistency in posting.
• Content Performance: Identify high-performing content formats, trends, and creative approaches to improve overall results.
• Brand Awareness: Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, and audience recall through consistent and strategic communication.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns within defined timelines and objectives.
• Reporting & Analytics: Submit accurate weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Client Coordination: Maintain smooth communication, manage feedback, secure timely approvals, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Competitor & Trend Analysis: Regularly monitor competitors and platform trends to identify new opportunities.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with creative, video, content, and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

Performance will be evaluated using measurable targets agreed upon for each client account, including:

• Engagement rate and quality of audience interactions.
• Reach, impressions, and organic audience growth.
• Follower growth and profile visits.

• Campaign performance against defined objectives.
