Job summary

Popbrain, Noida-based AdTech AI platform, seeks a Social Media Executive for a full-time, on-site role. You will oversee day-to-day content creation, SMO, and cross-platform strategy development.

You will plan campaigns, analyze performance metrics, engage audiences, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to produce creative content and drive results, while maintaining consistent branding.

Experience with Canva/Photoshop and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow all company-managed social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Strategize and execute content plans aimed at boosting follower growth and engagement, especially on Instagram.
• Monitor trends and algorithm updates to ensure content relevance and reach.
• Personally create reels, promotional videos, and short-form content when needed.
• Direct or assist influencers in creating high-performing video content.
• Coordinate shoot planning and write scripts and content.
• Design marketing materials using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar; maintain consistent branding.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Social Media Executive. The Social Media Manager will oversee day-to-day content creation, social media optimisation (SMO), and strategy development for various platforms. Responsibilities include planning and implementing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, engaging with audiences, and ensuring alignment with brand goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to produce creative content and drive results is fundamental to this role.

Who We Are Looking For

A. Social Media Management

• Manage and grow all company-managed social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Strategize and execute content plans aimed at boosting follower growth and engagement, especially on Instagram.
• Monitor trends and algorithm updates to ensure content relevance and reach.

B. Content Creation & Video Editing

• When needed, personally create reels, promotional videos, and short-form content for influencers, ad creatives, or the brand itself.
• Direct or assist influencers in creating high-performing video content.
• Coordinate shoot planning and write scripts and content.

C. Design & Creative Assets

• Design marketing materials (social posts, banners, thumbnails, etc.) using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar
• Ideally, have working knowledge of tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Premiere Pro for higher-end graphics or editing needs.
• Ensure consistent branding across all visual content.

D. Community Handling

• Create and manage communities on social media platforms.
• Respond to messages and community interactions in a timely, friendly manner.
