Job summary

My Sivi, India’s first AI Tutor, is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own and scale our social media presence from Bengaluru’s in-office hub. You will drive regional language pages, partner with creators, and lead influencer-led campaigns to accelerate distribution and content velocity.

You will leverage AI tools for content creation, track KPIs, and craft practical roadmaps to push growth beyond traditional content. Join a fast-paced team and shape how we reach learners globally.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media growth and content ecosystems.
• Experience managing or scaling social media pages.
• Ability to think distribution-first, not just content-first.
• Hands-on experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset—comfortable with metrics, testing, and iteration.
• High ownership, speed, and execution ability.
• Great energy and fun to work with.

Location: In-office, HSR layout
