Job summary

LuLu Group India is seeking a creative Social Media Lead to drive our social media presence, strengthen brand engagement, and lead impactful digital campaigns across platforms from our India offices. You will develop strategies, plan content calendars, manage platforms, run campaigns for launches and promos, supervise influencers, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with internal teams and regional stakeholders.

AI trends and innovative formats should be explored to boost engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong expertise in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.
• Experience in influencer management and creative direction.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Retail or consumer brand experience is a plus.
