Raise Financial Services is seeking a motivated junior marketer to join our social media team in Mumbai. You will help shape our online presence, craft engaging content, and translate consumer feedback into product improvements.

Part of Raise Financial Services, we’re a team of curious writers, researchers, designers and storytellers working to build a trusted voice in Indian business media. We’re looking for people who take initiative, aren’t afraid to experiment, and have a knack for making complex ideas easy to understand. wherein the social media presence will be measured based on agility and continuous data analysis; both quantitative and qualitative.

Expected Responsibilities:

• Contribute to our marketing strategy by leveraging social media to acquire and retain customers
• Maintain research databases by identifying and assembling marketing information
• Develop current and long-term market forecasts via research, analysis of market data
• Develop new approaches for market development, acquiring and analyzing data, and consulting with internal and external sources
• Measure everything on social media, with data including consumer insights, feedback, questions, comments, concerns and much more; channel them back to product teams and complete the loop that builds what the customers want
• Ensure you are driving the mechanism to capture social media communication and that can be translated into product improvements
• Working alongside marketing with product & business owners to ensure continuous customer connect via web presence

Expected Skills:

• 0-1 Years experience in a similar role with a consumer facing organisation or B2C startup.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related field from premier institute, and being agile w.r.t the ever changing social media landscape
• Digitally and social media savvy and aware about the global and India FinTech trends. It will be amazing if you are connected with key influencers!
• Proficient in all relevant social media tools
• Fluent in English communication, confident, articulate, and self-motivated
• Creativity to lead campaigns, define target audiences and knowledge of consumer behavior
• It would be great if you could send across examples of any collaboration/content/social media related work from past
• Excellent writing and editing skills will help us drive the end to end customer communication journey!

• We do not mind if you're not from premier institute, but being great in social media management with the above mentioned personality traits is must
• Demonstrated ownership and proven track record of delivering results, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
