Raise Financial Services in Mumbai Goregaon West is seeking an Assistant Manager - Administration & Facilities to oversee day-to-day office operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

You will ensure a clean, safe, organized workplace across multiple floors, drive service quality, and own facility-related issues with strong ownership and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline is required.
• 5–10 years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management or Housekeeping Operations.
• Experience managing facilities and office administration in a corporate environment.
• Experience handling commercial office operations across multiple floors.
• Hands-on supervise housekeeping and facility staff.
• Vendor coordination and maintenance service management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping and facility staff across office floors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and proper maintenance of office areas, common spaces and workplace facilities.
• Conduct regular rounds of office floors to monitor upkeep, cleanliness, maintenance and overall service quality.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs and other facility-related support services.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure services are delivered as per the required standards.
• Handle employee facility-related concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams and external service providers for smooth office operations.
• Identify facility-related issues proactively and ensure appropriate follow-up until closure.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Administration & Facilities to manage the smooth day-to-day functioning of our corporate office. The role will be responsible for overseeing office facilities, housekeeping, maintenance and vendor coordination while ensuring a clean, safe, organised and well-maintained workplace.

The role requires strong ownership, coordination and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to proactively identify and resolve facility-related issues and ensure a high standard of workplace experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with a background in Administration, Hospitality or Facility Management will be preferred.
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Administration, Facilities Management or Housekeeping Operations.
• Prior experience managing facilities and office administration in a corporate environment.
• Experience handling commercial office operations, preferably across multiple floors.
• Hands-on experience supervising housekeeping and facility staff.
• Strong experience in vendor coordination and managing maintenance and support services.
• Ability to conduct regular facility inspections and proactively identify operational issues.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational requirements and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Strong ownership and attention to detail with a focus on maintaining a high standard of workplace experience.
