Qualifications

• 0–1+ year of experience in social media.
• Strong practical understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Basic understanding of YouTube and YouTube content formats.
• Active user of social media with knowledge of current trends, formats and audience behaviour.
• Good creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Basic to good knowledge of Canva and/or other design tools.
• Basic to good knowledge of Reels and short-form video editing.
• Comfortable using AI tools and open to exploring new AI tools.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

You should be someone who notices why a Reel is performing well, understands why a particular post works on LinkedIn but may not work on Instagram, follows new trends and formats, and is constantly thinking about how brands can create better content.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, curious, digitally savvy and willing to experiment.

Candidates are required to share examples of their social media work along with their application.

Qualification

Any graduate or relevant certification/course in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
