Job summary

Immipoint Visa Consultants is seeking a creative Social Media Executive & Content Creator to grow our presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. The role involves ideating content, designing posts, shooting and editing reels, writing captions, and managing day‑to‑day activities.

You will maintain a content calendar, produce reels and short videos, and collaborate with sales and counselling teams to highlight immigration and overseas education updates. On-site Bengaluru, India.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Proficient with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Experience creating and editing reels/short-form videos.
• Knowledge of Canva and graphic/video editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to generate fresh ideas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short‑form videos, carousels, posts, stories, and other social media content.
• Develop creative content around immigration, overseas education, visa updates, success stories, FAQs, and company activities.
• Plan and execute monthly/weekly social media content strategies.
• Shoot and edit short‑form videos/reels for social media.
• Design visually appealing posts using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar platforms.
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and basic scripts for reels and videos.
• Stay updated with social media trends, audio, hashtags, and content styles.
• Manage posting schedules and ensure timely publishing across platforms.
• Monitor engagement, reach, followers, and other metrics; respond to queries.
• Collaborate with sales and counselling teams to convert updates into engaging content.
• Maintain a professional and consistent brand image across platforms.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands‑on Social Media Executive & Content Creator to manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable coming up with content ideas, designing social media posts, shooting and editing reels/videos, writing captions, and managing day‑to‑day social media activities.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the company's social media accounts and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Create engaging Instagram Reels, short‑form videos, carousels, posts, stories, and other social media content.
• Develop creative content around immigration, overseas education, visa updates, success stories, FAQs, and company activities.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Hands‑on experience creating and editing Reels/short‑form videos.
• Good knowledge of Canva and/or other graphic/video editing tools.
• Strong creativity and ability to generate fresh content ideas.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content requirements.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in immigration, overseas education, education, recruitment, or professional services is an advantage.
• Basic photography/videography skills.
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising is an added advantage.
• Comfortable appearing in or coordinating videos/reels with team members.
