Experience: 0 – 2+ Years.

Location: Vapi (On‑Site).

Employment Type: Full‑Time.

Office Time: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation – Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including text, images, and videos. Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Community Management – Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages promptly. Foster a positive online community and address any issues or concerns.
• Platform Management – Manage and optimise social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes to maximise organic reach.
• Campaign Execution – Assist in the planning and execution of social media marketing campaigns. Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Analytics and Reporting – Monitor social media KPIs and analyse data to measure the success of campaigns. Use analytics tools to provide insights for continuous improvement.
• Research and Trends – Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaboration – Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure alignment in messaging and branding.

Qualifications

• 0 to 2+ years of relevant experience in social media management.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Threads.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
• Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
• A passion for staying updated with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
