Job summary

Coffeeza is seeking a Social Media Executive to manage and grow its brand presence from Verna, Goa (onsite). You will plan content, craft engaging brand communication, coordinate product shoots, and run influencer campaigns to build a compelling social narrative.

You will write captions and blog content, monitor reach and engagement, track trends, and support PR/media communications to keep messaging aligned with the brand.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in social media & content marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram - Reels, Stories and short-form video content.
• Good content sense with an eye for visuals, trends and storytelling.
• Experience in coordinating product shoots and influencer campaigns.
• Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle or D2C brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Influencer Campaigns: Identify relevant influencers and creators, coordinate collaborations, briefs, deliverables and timelines.
• Assist marketing with product photoshoots, reels and short-form videos; coordinate with teams to deliver on time.

• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reach/engagement reports.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media/brand presence through content planning, engaging brand communication, product shoots, video content, and influencer campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Influencer Campaigns: Identify relevant influencers and creators, coordinate collaborations, share briefs, manage deliverables and follow up on timelines, from planning to execution and performance tracking. Coordinate with agencies when required.
• Assist the marketing team in planning and executing product photoshoots, lifestyle shoots, reels and short-form videos. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers and internal teams to deliver high-quality content and on time.
• Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them to the brand while maintaining brand consistency.
• Content Writing: Write engaging copy for social media posts, captions, campaigns, website content and blogs/articles, maintaining a consistent brand tone.
• Monitor social media performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, followers and content performance.
• Support the preparation of PR and media communication, ensuring messaging is aligned with the brand.
• Stay updated on competitor activity, emerging content formats and social media trends.
