Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute engaging social media content, especially Instagram Reels.
• Appear on camera and be the face of reels/content.
• Shoot short-form videos and coordinate shoots.
• Edit reels using CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar editing software.
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and ideas for reels.
• Stay updated with Instagram trends, trending audio, formats, memes, and content styles.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media presence.
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and basic social media copy.
• Coordinate with the design, marketing, and other teams for content requirements.
• Track content performance and suggest ideas to improve reach, engagement, and followers.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across social media platforms.
• Take ownership of the complete content creation process—from idea → shooting → editing → publishing

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive who understands social media trends, content creation, and short-form video. The ideal candidate should be comfortable appearing on camera, creating reels, shooting content, and editing videos for Instagram and other social media platforms.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of video editing and content creation tools.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling and communication skills.
• Ability to generate fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Indore-based candidates preferred/eligible.
