Quagmire IT Services LLP in Noida seeks a Graduate Social Media Executive with a Bachelor's in Mass Communications and at least 1 year of social media management experience to join the dynamic digital marketing team.

The role involves creating and executing social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engaging audiences, and driving client objectives across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Noeda location and competitive 4 LPA CTC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and target audiences.
• Develop and implement creative social media strategies to achieve client objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually refine strategies.
• Create compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Produce high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content that aligns with client branding and messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, comments, and mentions.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster positive interactions to build brand loyalty.
• Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and increase audience participation.
• Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Use data insights to optimize strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of social media strategies.
