Qualifications

• Manage day-to-day social media for parts of the Groww group, from ideas and planning to publishing and engaging with the community
• Create posts, video scripts, and explainers around trading, mutual funds, markets, and our products
• Work with designers, video creators, and product teams to bring your ideas to life
• Keep up with market conversations, spot relevant content opportunities, and learn from what performs

Trading knowledge comes first. You should understand how traders think, what they care about,

Required Qualifications:

• A good understanding of trading concepts and an interest in mutual funds
• Someone who writes clearly and can make complex ideas easy to understand
• An active social media user with a feel for internet culture, formats, and what catches attention
• Someone willing to experiment, ask questions, and take ownership
