Job summary

21K School is seeking a Creative Social Media & Content Intern to support leadership presence on LinkedIn and manage content across Instagram and other channels. You will collaborate with marketing and communications to strengthen our online voice with clarity and creativity.

The role focuses on content creation, ideation, posting, and performance tracking, with mentorship and potential for full-time conversion. Bengaluru location, onsite with stipend.

Qualifications

• Freshers with 0–1 years in social media or content are welcome.
• Portfolio showcasing social media work (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, blogs, content series) is required.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content and audience dynamics.
• Basic experience with design or content tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling and professional content for LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, and other platforms.
• Work with senior leadership to communicate ideas, insights, and thought leadership content in written and visual formats.
• Support content ideation, scheduling, posting, and basic performance tracking.
• Assist in growing engagement and community interaction with consistent, brand-aligned posts.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for creative assets.
• Maintain content calendars and help with execution of campaigns and newsletters.

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Intern who will support our leadership’s presence on social platforms (especially LinkedIn), help create newsletters, and manage engaging content across Instagram and other channels. You will work closely with the marketing and communications teams to build and strengthen our online voice with clarity, creativity, and strategic intent.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written communication and creative thinking skills
• Freshers passionate about social media, content, and storytelling (0-1 yrs experience is also fine)
• Portfolio showcasing social media work (LinkedIn, Instagram, newsletters, blogs, content series, campaigns) — required
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content and audience dynamics
• Basic experience with design or content tools (Canva, Figma, CapCut, video editing tools) is a plus
• Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru with your own laptop.
