Qualifications

Responsibilities

Webindia Master is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Creator who enjoys turning everyday moments into engaging digital content.

In this role, you will primarily create social media content for our school clients. You will visit schools to capture photographs and videos of classroom activities, events, sports, celebrations and student achievements. You will then turn this content into engaging reels, short videos and attractive social media creatives. This position is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, is comfortable shooting content using a smartphone and can handle basic video editing and graphic design.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client schools to capture high-quality photographs and videos of events, classroom activities, sports, celebrations, and achievements.
• Plan, create, and produce engaging reels and short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Edit videos using CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar video editing software.
• Design attractive social media posts, stories, banners, and other creatives using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
• Write clear, engaging captions and select relevant hashtags to maximize content reach.
• Schedule and publish approved content across various social media platforms.
• Coordinate with school representatives to plan photo/video shoots and gather the required information.
• Organize and maintain photographs, videos, and other creative assets for future use.
• Ensure all content follows the client's brand identity, communication style, and quality standards.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reel formats, trending audio, and content ideas.
• Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and design teams to deliver content on time.
