Job summary

Prime Search in Gurgaon is seeking a Social Media Content Creator & Designer/ Manager with 5+ years of hands-on experience to manage and grow the brand's online presence from MG Road.

You will create and design content, engage followers, monitor channels, and analyze performance metrics, while leading campaigns and collaborating with marketing and design teams. Shift 11:00–21:00, about five days a week.

Qualifications

~ Shift Timing: 11 am - 9 pm

The Social Media Content Creator & Designer will be responsible for managing the social media presence for specific brands. This includes creating and designing content, engaging with followers, monitoring social media channels, and analysing performance metrics.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies working alongside the existing Social Media Department.
2. Ensure all projects align with existing brand vision and quality standards
3. Brainstorm new concepts and ideas and present ideas and concepts to stakeholders.
4. Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling.
5. Lead social media campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
6. Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
7. Monitor social media channels for trends, audience engagement, and potential opportunities.
8. Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
9. Stay updated on social media trends and tools.
10. Analyse social media metrics and prepare detailed reports to guide future strategies.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, PR and design teams.
