Job summary

Qualcomm India Private Limited in Bengaluru seeks a Hardware Engineer to own end-to-end physical design for complex SoCs. You will drive floorplanning, PDN, placement, CTS, routing, and timing closure while collaborating with RTL and CAD teams to meet tapeout goals.

Experience across 16nm and below is preferred, with strong debugging and signoff skills using industry tools like Innovus and PrimeTime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in CS/EE; 6+ years hardware/SoC design experience.
• Experience with physical design flows and tapeout on advanced nodes.
• Strong debugging and collaboration across RTL/DFT/STA teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end physical design implementation from Netlist to GDSII for complex SoC/IP blocks.
• Drive floorplanning, PDN, placement, CTS, routing, STA and timing closure.
