A technology solutions company in Pune is seeking an experienced L2 SOC Analyst to provide 24x7 support. The ideal candidate should possess 5-7 years of experience and hands-on expertise with various SIEM tools and knowledge of cybersecurity measures. Qualifications

• Experience working as L2 SOC analyst providing support to L1 SOC analyst.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools.
• Familiarity with defense in depth measures like Antivirus, Firewall, Proxy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 support from Suncity office and during client visits.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents in real-time.
• Create monthly and quarterly reports for clients.

Skills

SIEM tools (ArcSight, FortiSOAR, EDR, Crowdstrike, IDS/IPS, Microsoft Sentinel)

Network Security monitoring

Experience in various type of attacks SQL Injection, Cross site scripting, Phishing, Security response header, CSRF, SSRF, encryption Experience in Real time monitoring of Network Security devices such IPS, Firewall, End point Security, Operating system, and Email security Experience in Creating Monthly and Quarterly Reports for clients Investigate security incidents, including phishing attempts, malware infections, and unauthorized access, to understand the full scope and impact. Develop and execute response plans to contain, mitigate, and remediate security incidents in a timely manner. Relevant certifications (e.g., Security+, CISSP, GIAC) are a plus.
