Job summary

Bosch Global Software Technologies Private Limited in Pune, India, is seeking an SAP Project Systems (PS) Support professional with 2–3 years of experience. You will monitor SAP workflows, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure smooth data flow between PM tools, middleware, and SAP.

Responsibilities include month-end activities, SQL-based data validation, and coordinating with stakeholders to resolve issues. Familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / CS / IS / business administration or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of SAP support / functional experience.
• Experience with SAP SD and/or MM modules and end-to-end processes.
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Experience coordinating with stakeholders and teams.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and structured work approach.
• Familiarity with tracking/ reporting tools like Kanban or trackers.

• Monitor and manage SAP error handling workflows from system inbox.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues in SAP / PM tools.
• Support integration between PM tools, middleware, and SAP for data flow.
• Execute month-end support activities including hours integration checks.
• Perform database validation (SQL-based) to identify integration issues.
• Handle invoice transfer issues and work package validations in SAP.
• Maintain error logs and contribute to knowledge base.
• Set up test chains and test data for end-to-end validation.
• Support user access and authorization for testing activities.
• Provide extended TU support during high-demand periods.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent

SAP support / incident resolution

Strong knowledge of SAP SD and/or MM modules

Understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P)

Basic SQL knowledge for data validation and troubleshooting

Strong stakeholder coordination and communication skills

Ability to work independently with structured approach

Proactive problem-solving mindset

Familiarity with tracking/reporting tools (Kanban, trackers)

SAP Project Systems (PS) Support

2. Technical Upgrade (TU) & Testing Support

• Setup and manage test chains and test data for end-to-end validation
• Support user access and authorization setup for testing activities
• Provide extended support during TU cycles (high-demand periods) to ensure business continuity

3. Component Business / Data & Coordination Support

• Support data validation, data cleansing coordination, and issue tracking across business processes
• Coordinate with business key users and stakeholders for requirement clarification and issue resolution
• Participate in regular governance and coordination meetings and provide status updates
• Track activities using structured tools (trackers, Kanban, reporting dashboards)
• Ensure transparency, reporting, and adherence to defined processes
• Collaborate across SAP teams, PM tool teams, and business stakeholders for end-to-end support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Systems / Business Administration or equivalent

Experience :

2–3 years of experience in SAP support / functional roles

SAP support / incident resolution

Month-end operational support (preferred)

Exposure to SAP upgrades/testing (nice to have)

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Understanding of end-to-end business processes (O2C, P2P)
