Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Hyderabad is seeking experienced Snowflake Developers and Leads to join our expanding data engineering team. You will design and optimize Snowflake data models, ETL workflows, and end-to-end data pipelines to deliver scalable cloud-based solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong Snowflake expertise, data warehousing, SQL, data governance knowledge, and the ability to mentor project teams. Face-to-face interview on 19th September.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing Snowflake-based data warehouses and pipelines.
• Strong SQL and ETL development expertise for cloud environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, and data quality practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Snowflake data models, ETL workflows, and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to design and implement scalable data warehousing solutions.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot ETL processes using Snowflake SQL and scripting capabilities.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure high-quality data delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse
• Expertise in Data Modeling, Data Warehousing, ETL Development
• Advanced proficiency in SQL
• Strong understanding of Data Lakes, Data Marts, and ETL Concepts
• Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Security, and Compliance
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Snowflake Certifications (SnowPro Developer, SnowPro Architect, etc.)
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Exposure to Big Data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or NoSQL databases
• Knowledge of Data Science and Analytics tools including Python, R, and SQL
• 5-10 years of overall experience
• Relevant hands-on experience in Snowflake development and implementation
• Must be available to attend the interview Face-to-Face (F2F) on 19th September
