Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited is seeking a Snowflake Developer with strong SQL and data warehousing skills to design, develop and optimize Snowflake-based data pipelines. The role involves implementing data warehouse solutions, creating Snowflake objects, and ensuring data quality and security across analytics layers.

You will collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business teams, handle ETL/ELT processes, and optimize performance of Snowflake models while adhering to best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Snowflake Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake cloud data platform.
• Expert-level knowledge of SQL (joins, subqueries, CTEs, window functions, performance tuning).
• Proficient in data modeling and warehousing concepts (star/snowflake schema, normalization).
• Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, Matillion, or custom scripts).
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git).
• Good understanding of data governance and data security best practices.

Responsibilities
